Goals:
1. Take care of yourself
2. Have a life that justifies its suffering
3. What would you want that doesn’t make you bitter and resentful

How to get there:
1. What do you want from your family?
2. What do you want from your friends?
3. What do you want from your career?
4. How are you going to educate yourself?
5. How are you going to use your time outside of work?
6. How are you going to handle addictions & temptations?
7. How are you going to keep yourself mentally and physically healthy?

To do:
1. Figure out what you want — has to be realistic
2. Develop a vision — write down what your life is going to be in 3–5 years (heaven)
3. Write down a vision of what your personal version of hell is in 3–5 years if your procrastination, bad habits, resentment and bitterness takes hold (hell)
4. This should give you motivation instead of just being hopeful about the future, will erase the fear of you taking the next step forward. Be afraid of where you might end up if you don’t get your act together.

Ask yourself:
1. Where am I falling short of the ideal?
2. Where am I less than I should be?
3. Where am I bitter?
4. Where am I making the world a worse place?
5. What would happen if you stopped doing that?

Important to:
1. Stop saying things that make you weak
2. Stop telling lies that you know to be lies
3. Stop doing things you know to be useless and counter-productive
4. Aim high
5. Adopt responsibility

You are more inclined to let others live their lives if you are living your life in a satisfactory manner.
